Forward Deployed Engineer · Founding Engineer · Senior IC

I build AI products that work end to end.

I’m Jerry D. Boonstra, a hands-on AI and founding engineer with a forward-deployed approach: I work from discovery and workflow design through implementation, evaluation, production rollout, and reusable infrastructure.

02 / How I work

Senior judgment.
Builder’s posture.

01

Embed in the real workflow

I work close to users and domain experts until the actual constraints, decisions, and measures of success are explicit.

02

Own the full system

I stay with the work from architecture and implementation through deployment, feedback, and iteration.

03

Turn field learning into leverage

I codify what works into reusable tools and infrastructure while keeping scope, speed, quality, and operational risk visible.
